Purchases & Refund Policy
1. Festival Merchandise
1.1 Pre-ordering online
Festival merchandise is available to purchase in advance via our online store. Pre-ordering guarantees availability of your chosen items, as stock is limited.
1.2 Collection
All merchandise must be collected in person from the EducationScape and Festival Merch stand in the exhibition area during the Festival. We are unable to post or courier items to you. Please bring your order confirmation email or proof of purchase when collecting.
1.3 Purchasing on the day
A selection of merchandise will be available to purchase directly from the stand at the Festival. Please note that on-the-day stock is limited and we cannot guarantee availability of all items or sizes.
1.4 Sales and refunds
All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
2. Author Book Signing Packages
2.1 What is included
Book Signing packages provide you with a copy of the author's book together with guaranteed entry to the Meet & Greet and book signing session. Purchasing a package is the only way to guarantee your place at a signing; places are strictly limited.
2.2 Pre-ordering online
Book Signing packages are available to purchase in advance via our online store. You must purchase in advance to secure your place β packages will not be available to purchase on the day of the signing.
2.3 Collection
Your copy of the book is collected at the signing itself. You do not need to collect anything before your session. Full details of the time and location of your signing session will be:
- emailed to you at the address provided at checkout, in advance of the Festival; and
- listed in the Festival App.
Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing your order. We recommend checking the Festival App on arrival for any updates to session times or locations.
2.4 Cancellations and refunds
Book Signing packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a signing session is cancelled by the Festival or by the author, we will contact you promptly and provide a full refund.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
Regardless of the type of purchase, if any item you receive is:
- faulty or damaged;
- not of satisfactory quality; or
- not as described on our website,
you have the right to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible using the details below. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
