Getting to the Festival
By Train 🚂
The nearest train station is Crowthorne Station.
A complimentary shuttle bus will operate between Crowthorne Station and Wellington College during the following times: 08:15 to 10:00 and between 15:30 and 17:30. Alternatively, Wellington College is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk from Crowthorne Station through the beautiful College grounds.
Getting to Crowthorne Station:
- From London Paddington: take a Great Western Railway service to Reading, then change for a local train to Crowthorne.
- From London Waterloo: take a South Western Railway service to Bracknell, then continue by local bus (routes 194 or 198) or taxi to Wellington College. Alternatively, travel via Guildford and change for a local train to Crowthorne.
- From Gatwick Airport: an hourly Great Western Railway service runs directly to Crowthorne Station, providing a convenient option for those arriving by air.

By Car 🚗
Free parking
- Ample free parking is available on-site – follow the signs and directions from our friendly parking team.
- Blue Badge holders: accessible parking is available close to the main entrance – ask security on arrival for directions
- Please note: overnight parking is not available
- Vehicles are parked at owners’ own risk
Food & Drink

- Food stalls open 11:15 – 16:00 – gourmet burgers, Asian delights to vegan wraps. Halal options available.
- Budget around £10–£15 for lunch & a drink
- Enjoy lunch picnic-style on the lawn

- Free water refill stations across site – bring a reusable bottle

The Festival runs in all weather!
- Comfy footwear — you’ll walk across grass & grounds
- Layers for changing temperatures
- Sunscreen, sunglasses & hat if it’s sunny ☀️
- Raincoat or umbrella just in case 🌧
- Your printed or phone ticket – required for entry
- A reusable water bottle for the refill stations
