Jack Whitehall is one of Britain’s most recognisable comedians, actors, presenters and writers. An award-winning performer, he has become one of the UK’s biggest comedy exports, selling out arenas across the country with acclaimed stand-up tours including Settle Down and Stood Up, both released globally as Netflix specials. Following his appearance at the Festival of Education, Jack will embark on his newly announced UK arena tour, Bad in Influence, in early 2027.
Alongside his stand-up success, Jack Whitehall has built an impressive career across television, film and live entertainment. A six-time host of the Brit Awards, most recently returning in 2026, he has starred in productions including The Burbs, Malice, Fatherhood with My Father and Jack in Time for Christmas. This summer also sees the release of Night and Day, based on Virginia Woolf’s celebrated novel, arriving in UK cinemas on 19 June.
Closing the Festival of Education in the much-loved “Legends” slot, Jack Whitehall will take part in a candid and entertaining conversation exploring education, parenthood, young people and the power of humour. Drawing on his experiences of family life, growing up in the public eye and working across generations, Jack will share insights on navigating generational divides, fostering curiosity and creativity, and building meaningful connections through laughter and storytelling.
As the final keynote conversation at the Festival of Education, this special session promises warmth, wit and fresh perspectives for teachers, school leaders, college staff and education professionals. Expect a memorable conclusion to two inspiring days of professional development, debate and discussion at the UK’s leading education conference.
