Professor Rebecca Allen leads the Centre for Education Improvement Science at UCL Institute of Education. Her research explores how schools and teachers respond to government policy reforms. She is an expert in the analysis of large scale administrative and survey datasets. From 2014-2017 she set up and led Education Datalab.
