Oliver Brandon-Davies is a former teacher and behaviour specialist who has worked in some of the most challenging teaching environments in the country across Primary, Secondary, SEN and Pupil Referral Units. From teaching young people recovering from of abuse, neglect and family break down to pupils with learning difficulties prone to crisis and violent outbursts. He is also the founder of the ground breaking classroom management and behaviour tracking app – Trackit Lights and director of training company – GoodSense Education.
Oliver’s approach to behaviour management training is holistic, fun, practical and engaging. Where possible he steers away from complex theory and psychology that is difficult to apply and focuses on pragmatic, straightforward strategies that are easy to incorporate into teaching and learning immediately. He aims to promote a supportive culture in schools, where teachers can be vulnerable about the challenges they face and share best practice with each other.
