Lily is Director of Learning at The Hackney Pirates. Prior to joining the crew in 2015 she worked in secondary schools for six years, including as a Head of English and whole school lead on interventions. She has a Masters in Educational leadership and is also a school governor and a member of the advisory board for The Advocacy Academy. She is passionate about joyful and rigorous learning interventions.
