Tara is Vice Principal of Towers School, a non selective 11-18 secondary school in Kent. She believes that taking an evidence-informed approach is part of a necessary, wider commitment to social justice and so research evidence has driven the school’s cultural transformation. With an interest in education at all ages, Tara is also vice Chair of the Governing body of a Primary school and a director of two Early Years settings. Always an English teacher at heart, she has a messy desk, and spends too much on books.
