What’s more they’re spending too much time on their mobile phones and tablets and it is all taking a serious toll on their mental health.
This vital session will cut through the noise to get to the heart of what the experts believe are the key areas of focus to protect young people’s mental health.
This session opens with short inputs from Cognita on work they commissioned from UCL to review the research evidence around wellbeing and from Anna Freud on helping create the Mentally Healthy Schools platform as a trusted resource for educators. A debate then follows to look at how we can best cut through the conflicting noise to help students live a happier, more fulfilling life.
