Every teacher can coach

Coaching unlocks people’s natural abilities by igniting awareness and action. It is used to increase mental and emotional well-being, improve communication and enhance leadership. This session will train educators in coaching skills delivered in-house at Wellington College, vital to improving student-teacher and teacher-teacher relationships. As nobel prize winner Daniel Kahneman helped to prove: our most valuable currency is not money but instead relationships; also known as emotional capital. Coaching and embedding a coaching a culture within education establishments is key to developing and sustaining human connection and relationships to support the development and wellbeing of the entire community.
