Drawing on their reading of the work of a number of expert UK and international commentators on teacher wellbeing as well as their work in schools, Monisha and Roisin will argue that improved teacher wellbeing and decreased workload are interlinked and that achieving both is possible when teachers and education leaders understand the complex relationship between personal and occupational wellbeing.
