The Bias Within

This talk gives an insight into the biases within that influence our decisions. We all have biases, there are a natural and necessary part of how we have evolved. Recognising them, learning how to disrupt them, is a crucial step in unlocking talent. This talk will give overview of unconscious biases as well as strategies to limit their impact in your educational setting.
