Mentoring new teachers: Becoming an expert colleague

This session will answer this question and provide attendees with practical, research informed strategies to ensure that their mentees develop into energetic, positive and knowledgeable teachers and make a huge impact on generations of students. Bridging the gap between research and practice, this whistle-stop tour of key features of the mentoring partnership will leave mentors feeling inspired and empowered to make a real difference to trainee teachers’ development.
