Live Well to Teach Well – The New Simple Way for Wellbeing in Education

This staff wellbeing session has been designed with you in mind and will provide you with the tools, knowledge and support to help you upgrade wellbeing strategies for both yourself and the people in your school community. It will provide you with a roadmap for navigating times of stress and brings awareness to the status of burnout, highlighting the signs and symptoms and shares strategies to prevent it. Discover how changing mindsets and lifestyle habits can boost overall health and productivity, helping educators to work smarter, not harder.
