How to develop whole school strategies and tools to prepare LGBT+ students for the transitions into next steps/future employment

To discuss ways schools and leaders can prepare for LGBT+ students for their future. From small transitions such as Primary to secondary, secondary to FE/HE and finally and more predominantly how schools can use career days and outside agencies to promote how LGBT+ ‘fits in’ within their sector/ future careers. At each transition during school years they experience different emotions and feelings towards their LGBT+ journey. Yet come Year 6, Year 11 or Year 13 schools don’t prepare them for the next steps when it comes to their identity.
