GROWTH Coaching

This will be an opportunity to observe Chris Munro demonstrate the use of the GROWTH conversational framework in a coaching conversation. Fuelled by the application of key coaching skills and supported by a ‘coaching way of being’, the GROWTH framework provides a set of ‘sign-posts’ to help shape conversations. Following the demonstration there will be an opportunity to make observations and ask questions.
