Given limited resources, who do we help, and how?

8 July | 11:15 am - 12:00 pm

If your school collects lots of data, but you don’t feel you do enough with it other than send reports home, this talk may be for you. If you feel that the use of student data is dangerous or counter-productive because it masks a real understanding of the individual, then I’d gently like to try to change your mind. This is the story of our experiments with how to make our student data talk to us, and our steps towards doing something meaningful in response to what it could tell us. We did something different. Did we make a difference?
