Can schools be inclusive without flexible working?

Using expertise from working with individuals, schools, MATs, DfE and other organisations supporting diversity and flexible working, we will explain the opportunities for diversity and inclusion that flexible working can provide. Practical advice and examples will support individuals and school/trust leaders to see the importance and benefits of flexible working for EDI. Flexible working helps many groups (women, mothers, older teachers, those with disabilities and health issues, career changers, those with other interests etc.) to remain working and progress in the education sector ? this session will showcase why that is important and how it can be done.”
