Thrive has been working in partnership with educators and organisations to help young people feel safe, supported and ready to learn since 1994.

With its focus on building secure relationships and providing positive experiences, the Thrive Approach has been proven to improve behaviour, attendance and learning outcomes. Thrive’s training courses, apprenticeships and pupil wellbeing platform, Thrive-Online, help educators to identify pupils’ needs, provide targeted support and measure the impact.

More than 75,000 educators in over 2,800 settings have received Thrive training, ensuring that 795,500+ children and young people have access to the Thrive Approach.
