Jamie’s Farm exists to equip young people to thrive. Built around our unique blend of Farming, Family and Therapy our residential programme acts as a catalyst for change; enabling young people to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally during their school years and beyond. After the farm, our programme continues back in school to maintain long term change in each child’s life.
