Forest Learning Alliance provides high-quality career staged professional development for the education sector in the UK and internationally. Its alliance of schools and strategic partners work collaboratively to meet local professional development needs and deliver government ‘golden thread’ teacher development programmes. The FLA professional development road-map is rooted in a ‘by schools for schools’ ethos and current research. They have a 100% pass-rate across all NPQ programmes and 99% completion rate across the ECF programmes. Since 2019 FLA has acted as an RSHE Curriculum Hub in lieu of no government-funded provision, providing PD and signposting for all phases and settings.
