ThoughtBox is a community of teachers and changemakers committed to supporting a next generation of compassionate thinkers. We offer whole-school wellbeing curriculum and enrichment programmes, exploring key global issues and inspiring social-emotional learning by teaching our children how, not what, to think.
ThoughtBox believes in the power of critical thinking, empathy and connection as the first steps towards emotional health and our connected learning programmes help young people to learn to make sense of the world whilst developing independent thinking, emotional intelligence and resilience.
Our Global Thinking Curriculum for KS1 to KS5 slots straight into PSHE lessons and tutor times, opening the box on a range of discussion topics to understand, explore and feel empowered about core global issues, from social media and climate change to happiness. Our enrichment programmes help students to connect the dots on key issues whilst developing key life skills for resilience and connection. We support school leaders in nurturing a culture of positive emotional health through our connected CPD programmes.
Our work starts by standing alongside the next generation and recognising the capacity we have, as educators, to prepare young people with the life skills they need to build a more compassionate world. This sort of learning can’t wait.
