Luke Zwalf is Director of Community, Teaching and Learning at TeachingHOW2s. He was previously Head of Teaching and Learning at York College, a large, thriving College that caters for over 3500 students from across the county. He is also a Chartered Teacher (Leadership) and completing an EdD. Before his seven years in Further Education, he previously spent 16 years in secondary schools, during which time he held a variety of roles including department leadership, pastoral leadership and achievement director.
