Luke Zwalf is Head of Teaching and Learning at York College, a large, thriving College that caters for over 3500 students from across the county. He is also a Chartered Teacher (Leadership) and completing an EdD. Now in his 23rd year of teaching, Luke is still just as passionate about all things teaching and learning as when he started. Now in his seventh year in Further Education, he previously spent 16 years in secondary schools, during which time he held a variety of roles including department leadership, pastoral leadership and achievement director.
