Emma Mills has worked across secondary, independent, and further education settings, spending the last 19 years in FE in a range of leadership roles. She is currently Head of Teaching and Learning Development, following a few years as Quality Lead at Truro and Penwith College. Alongside her college role, Emma works with numerous awarding and examination boards in a variety of capacities, providing broad insights into the education landscape. Emma is deeply passionate about improving outcomes for the most disadvantaged students through evidence-informed professional development and a relentless focus on great teaching.
