Chris Lore is the Head of Learning and Research at Spaghetti Bridge, a group of independent special schools located across the Southwest and Midlands.  His work supports the design and implementation of Spaghetti Bridge’s Enterprise Learning approach, which combines innovative curriculum and pedagogy with inclusive practice and high-quality staff learning and development.

Chris also directs the Spaghetti Bridge Research Programme, building partnerships that keep the organisation’s work evidence-informed and forward-thinking.

Before joining Spaghetti Bridge, he worked across care, education, and research settings in both the United Kingdom and United States.
