Charlotte Knight-Benjafield has eight years’ experience as a leader of international and bi-lingual schools in Asia. Educated at the University of Oxford she went on to gain invaluable experience in Ofsted Outstanding schools in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, before relocating her family to China where she is currently the Principal of EYCS Campus for Wellington College Education (China). Her role encompasses both international and bi-lingual school divisions for learners from 2-6 years.

Charlotte’s educational philosophy is founded in fostering sustainable, inspiring learning to develop bi-lingual and bi-cultural skills as well as the passion necessary to be successful lifelong independent learners.
