As Deputy Festival Director, Cath oversees the content for the Festival of Education in the UK, Spain, and the Netherlands. She works throughout the year with the Advisory Board and the Festival team to ensure a broad range of high-quality sessions delivered by experts at the forefront of their fields.

Cath has worked in a variety of roles related to schools and FE over the past decade, including Head of Public Affairs at Ambition Institute, Chief Development Officer at Right to Succeed, and Commissioning Editor for the news platforms Schools Week and FE Week.
