Doors open at 08:30 each day – on both days of the Festival. Get ready to dive into two jam-packed days of inspiration, ideas, and connection.
Bring your ticket (printed or on your phone) and we’ll scan you in and hand over your Festival wristband.
Don’t forget to grab your delegate bag, kindly sponsored by AQA.
Bag checks may be carried out on arrival to help keep everyone safe.
Single Day Passes can be used on either day – no need to make changes.

There will be no printed agendas, so the app is your Festival brain!
We’ve got you covered! A free shuttle bus will run from Crowthorne Station to the Festival between:
Fancy a walk? It’s about 10 minutes from the station – mostly through the lovely school grounds.
There is plenty of free parking in-site. Just follow the signs and directions from our friendly team.

With nearly 300 sessions taking place, there is lots to discover. Here is how the day will unfold:

Come with an appetite – from gourmet burgers to vegan wraps, there’s something for everyone. Food is served from 11:15 – 16:00, but coffee & breakfast are available from the start.

Feeling unwell or spot someone who needs help? Head straight to the Festival Office (Wellesley Building) or speak to any member of our Security team – they’re all first aid trained and ready to help. Your safety is our priority – don’t hesitate to reach out.
