Stephanie Hill is Associate Assistant Principal (Professional Learning) at Passmores Academy in Harlow. Originally from a small coastal town in Australia, Steph moved to Harlow in 2005 to teach at Passmores. After a move home for a few years, Steph returned to Passmores to work alongside the Teaching & Learning team to develop a bottom-up approach to Professional Learning across the academy.
Steph holds a Master of Education (Educational Leadership & School Improvement) from the University of Cambridge and is currently conducting research for a Doctorate of Education within the same faculty. Her research builds upon earlier exploration into the role of student agency in school improvement by investigating the relationship between student agency models and the creation of learning organisations in school settings.
