Paul Miller, PhD., is a Professor of Educational Leadership & Management in the School of Education & Professional Development at the University of Huddersfield. He is also President of the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration & Management. His research interests include teacher progression, teacher migration and identity, school leadership and racism and school leadership. His work on the discrimination of teachers of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) heritage is being used by the UK Cabinet Office in anti-racist policy development.
