I am originally from Brazil, where I got a degree in Biology and completed my Teaching Qualification program. I worked for two years as a Science teacher in a secondary school before moving to London. Here, I completed a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at University College London, researching memory and emotion in different age groups. I have volunteered as a Science educator in several museums and festivals around England. For the past year, I have worked at Seneca Learning visiting schools to deliver CPD sessions on how cognitive sciences can be applied to teaching and learning.
