Fatima Najm writes a Life Skills curriculum that helps vulnerable young people negotiate with their parents/ stakeholders for the right to exercise the rights and freedoms that they should be guaranteed to them, but that they find cannot reconcile within their cultural context in the UK. She has spent eleven years leading discussions with fathers and traditional faith healers to the ease tension the students encounter. Fatima advises the Prince’s Trust as they develop new life skills modules for their education charity in England. After creating leadership workshops for Mosaic’s mentoring program, she now dedicates her time to supporting vulnerable young persons in the UK and abroad.
