Fatima Najm has written a Life Skills curriculum that helps vulnerable young people negotiate with their parents/ stakeholders for the right to exercise the rights and freedoms that they cannot reconcile within their cultural context. She has spent eleven years leading discussions with fathers and religious leaders to ease tension around the rights of youth in those communities. Fatima advises the Prince’s Trust as they develop new life skills modules for their education charity in England. After creating leadership workshops for Mosaic’s mentoring program, she now dedicates her time to supporting refugee youth.
