Associate Professor of Educational Leadership
Dr Kay Fuller is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership. She researches and writes about gender and leadership at the University of Nottingham where she also leads the MA in Educational Leadership and Management. Kay is a former Deputy Headteacher who has taught and led in five mixed comprehensive schools in three local authorities. Publications include Gender, Identity and Educational Leadership (Bloomsbury) and Gender and Leadership in Education (co-edited with Judith Harford, Peter Lang). She is also a former school governor and initial teacher educator.
