David Price, OBE, is an expert in learning for a complex future. He is a Senior Associate at the Innovation Unit, in London and co-founder of We Do things Differently, a culture change practice.
He is a highly experienced trainer, having helped educators on five continents find innovative ways to lead learning that is engaging and future-focussed. His training work supports school and college leadership as well as practical teaching and learning strategies.
He has taught for 30 years across community, adult, school and tertiary sectors, and has led highly innovative educational projects, that have transformed practice in numerous countries, including Musical Futures (UK, Australia, Canada, USA and many other countries) and Learning Futures (UK then served as the inspiration for Learning Frontiers in Australia)
His writing credits include many chapters, articles and most recently, his recent book, ‘OPEN: How We’ll Work, Live and Learn In The Future’ has been an Amazon best-seller since its publication.
In 2009 he was awarded the O.B.E. By Her Majesty the Queen.
