Allison Zionts (she/her) is a secondary school teacher in a girls’ school in South London and a PhD student in at Goldsmiths, University of London, where she is studying inclusion policies to support LGBTQ+ students in single-sex schools. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Allison completed her Bachelors in Education from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, before moving to London. She is a trustee of KeshetUK, the Jewish LGBT+ charity, and a staff governor for her school. In her spare time, Allison runs her school’s local LGBTQ+ Pride and Rainbow Clubs, completed the CTeach programme at the Chartered College of Teaching, and takes long naps.
