Ros is one of the founder members of the @HeadsRoundtable group. She was one of the original academy principals, opening the first academy in Yorkshire in 2006 and chairing the Independent Academies Association from 2006-8. Ros has always led schools in challenging areas and has experience working as an NLE. She is currently the Executive Principal of four secondary schools in the midlands.
