Niki Kaiser

Niki’s an experienced Chemistry teacher and Research Lead, who is particularly interested in helping teachers apply research to their practice. She co-ordinates a network for Norfolk teachers to share ideas for embedding research-informed practice, delivers training on Cognitive Science and Science, and co-founded #CogSciSci, an online peer-support network for Science teachers interested in Cognitive Science. She’s a member of EEF working groups on Memory and Secondary Science, and is an elected member of the Royal Society of Chemistry Education Division, for whom she chairs the Curriculum and Assessment Working Group. But she’s not here to tell you how to teach!
