During the session you will hear from Vic the impact of Passmores’ investment in the professional capital of his staff. You will hear from his Senior Leader of Pedagogy and some Student Pedagogy Leaders as to how they have developed this approach and why it has led to a staff turnover of 2 this summer from a teaching group of over 80 individuals. You should leave with food for thought, practical examples of how you could do professional learning (CPD) differently and how you could involve young people in the dialogue we need to regularly have about teaching.
