Drawing on current research and their classroom experience, three practising teachers (all taking part in the Chartered Teacher programme) will share their reflections about ‘what really matters’ when making improvements to their teaching. Panel members will also respond to the question: ’how do you know?’, encouraging further debate around how you can effectively measure improvements in your teaching. The panel will open questions to the floor, providing a valuable opportunity to hear directly from members of the Teaching Profession. (Panel names TBC – panelists will be invited once the programme begins in January)
