Starting a wellbeing revolution


Mental ill health is the #1 issue facing schools. I’d like to stir up a debate about wellbeing of children and pupils but suggesting that we rethink the current approach. As it stands, schools pressurise children to breaking point. When kids get stressed, anxious and/or depressed, we offer professional support that seeks to fix them. The solution is to offer ‘GCSE Wellbeing’, giving a solid grounding in the theory and practice of how to feel amazing. Thus, teenagers are empowered to take charge of their own wellbeing
