Given the increasing pressures on schools to make best use of resources this session will look at how school business managers can go about making evidence-based decisions. This session is also relevant to other school leaders who are involved in making decisions across a range of functions, including teaching and learning. The session is timely given the difficulties in the recruitment of school business managers, which may lead to relatively inexperience or qualified staff being appointed to such roles
