There will be talk of the neuroscience of brain behaviour – supported by user friendly graphics – and there will be stories, but most importantly there will be questions and there will be challenge.

I will talk about resilience ‘in action’ – how it can be promoted through exercise, sleep, diet, simple practical behaviours, specific styles of language use and educational practices. You name it, I can probably explain it, but it may not be what you would expect.
