A world-leading conservatoire, LAMDA offers exceptional vocational training in the dramatic arts to talented actors, directors, stage managers and technicians, regardless of their background or financial circumstances. In addition to seven validated and funded degree programmes, we also offer a Foundation Diploma and a range of semester and short courses. Our graduates are industry leaders, regularly lighting up the stages of the RSC, Shakespeare’s Globe, the National Theatre, the West End and Broadway. From Ruth Wilson to Benedict Cumberbatch, they also shine in Hollywood and on screen for the BBC, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

As an international awarding organisation, we inspire young people across the globe to become confident, creative communicators, equipped and empowered to realise their full potential, whatever their ambition. Last year, over 103,000 learners in 31 countries worldwide took a LAMDA communication or performance examination. And through our latest qualification, the LAMDA Level 2 Award in Speaking & Listening Skills – which can be delivered within the core curriculum at Key Stage 3 – we now offer every learner an opportunity to develop the communication skills necessary to access Further and Higher Education, secure employment and participate in lifelong learning.

At LAMDA, we believe the dramatic arts have the power to transform lives. We invite you and your students to share in this experience through our training, qualifications, productions and work.
